The online valuation is based on what you tell us about your home and what we know about its area: it is quick and gives you a clear idea. The in-person one is more precise, because we see the home for ourselves: the light, the condition, the views, everything a photo leaves out. If you are thinking of selling soon, we recommend the in-person one.
